In January 2005, Keith and Lynda Young opened Keith Young’s Steakhouse in Madisonville, Louisiana, driven by their passion for exceptional food and warm hospitality. Due to the fact that the steakhouse was already hosting rehearsal dinners and a few weddings on site, it made perfect sense to pursue the idea of creating a dedicated wedding venue. Their dream expanded when they discovered the property that would become The Greystone— which officially opened in 2017. The moment they saw it, they knew it was the perfect setting for weddings and special events.
